About Kelsey

Kelsey Tainsh, CSP, is an international motivational speaker, adaptive athlete, and two-time pediatric brain tumor and stroke survivor. With more than a decade of experience, she speaks to audiences around the world, delivering a powerful message grounded in resilience, perspective, and the human side of connection and care.

At just 24 years old, Kelsey was featured on the cover of Speaker Magazine, launching a national speaking career that has since taken her to stages around the world. At age 34, she became one of the youngest individuals to earn the Certified Speaking Professional (CSP) designation.

Kelsey has delivered keynote presentations for organizations including the Oncology Nursing Society, Automotive Training Institute, Society of Pediatric Nurses, Hematology/Oncology Pharmacy Association, Partners for Youth with Disabilities, Dana-Farber Cancer Institute, Southern Regional Education Board, the Academy of Medical-Surgical Nurses, and the Association of Rehabilitation Nurses.

A graduate of the University of Florida, Kelsey began her career at The Coca-Cola Company in change management and strategic events before building a full-time professional speaking business.

Today, Kelsey is also an adaptive athlete and para snowboarder who continues to push limits both on and off the stage. Through her engaging storytelling, humor, and authenticity, she empowers audiences to reframe challenges, strengthen relationships, and approach their work and lives with renewed purpose.
